Mid-Valley Properties Management is a full service property management company located in Newburgh, Orange County, New York. We are a family owned company and being involved with our own investments, we are intimately familiar with the needs, concerns and expectations of a property manager. We continually strive to accomplish our mission of customer satisfaction.
Once our company is selected to care for your investment whether it be a single family house, mixed use building or a condominium association, you immediately know you have made the right choice. We work closely with owners and board members to assure all of your needs are cared for with professionalism.
We do not leave site management or operational details to chance but instead handle all aspects of property management with a hands on approach, which has been the catalyst of our growth. We have a clear understanding of our clients needs and although each property is unique in its own way we seek to maximize current and future operations.

Our open door policy has always allowed for direct communication during normal business hours however in the event of an emergency we offer a twenty-four hour seven day per week service.
